Sejak (세작)

$22.00

Sejak is one of Korea's most beloved spring green teas, offering a beautiful balance of freshness, body, and sweetness. Traditionally pan-fired, it produces a smooth, aromatic cup with soft vegetal notes, gentle nuttiness, and a clean, lingering finish that makes it equally suited to quiet moments or everyday enjoyment.

Harvested during the second spring flush in late April to early May, Sejak develops a fuller body than the earliest spring teas while maintaining the freshness and elegance that define Korean green tea. Produced by a third-generation tea farm in Boseong, it reflects the region's long tradition of small-batch tea craftsmanship.

Reinfuse 3–5 times.

Hot infusion: Use 2g (1 tsp) with 8 oz (240ml) at 167–176°F for 1–2 minutes.

Cold infusion: Use 2g (1 tsp) with 8 oz (240ml) room-temperature water and refrigerate overnight.

0.5 oz. (16g) tin — Approximately 24–40 servings if infused as recommended.

Origin: Boseong, Jeollanam-do, South Korea

Producer: Eungok Dawon

Tea Plants: Traditional Boseong seed-grown tea stock
