Join artist Suzanne Joy Teune for an exploration of painting on fabric using handmade black walnut ink. Drawing from her practice of working with foraged plant dyes and natural materials, Teune will share her process while guiding participants through an approachable introduction to painting and working on cloth with natural inks.

Part of The Summer Tea House at Treats, this drop-in event includes tea service, seasonal treats, and tea-based shaved ice. Tea service and community events are open to all ages. Donations to support the artist’s materials, time, and expertise are welcome.
