Explore the world of sparkling tea through a guided tasting featuring both homemade and imported sparkling teas. Participants will sample a selection of teas, learn techniques for making sparkling tea at home, and compare the ways different brewing methods shape flavor and texture.

The tasting will include a special opportunity to try bottled sparkling teas from a small family-owned tea grower in Japan using a unique lacto-fermentation process not yet widely distributed in the United States. Light refreshments and food pairings will accompany the tasting. Registration required.
