Join Kintsugi House for an introduction to Japanese tea through a guided tasting exploring several traditional styles of green tea. Participants will learn how growing regions, harvest timing, and processing methods shape flavor while tasting a range of teas side by side.

The tasting will include a special opportunity to try “88th Night” Shincha, a once-a-year spring harvest tea traditionally associated with the eighty-eighth day after the beginning of spring in Japan. Light refreshments and food pairings will accompany the tasting. Registration required.
